Social Media Manager

About the role

DIBS is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and grow its Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest channels. You will translate brand moments into engaging content, build community, and drive growth across our owned social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the daily content calendar for Instagram (including Broadcast Channel), TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Produce on‑brand visual and video assets, oversee quarterly content shoots, and manage budgets.
• Source and brief UGC creators, negotiate rights, and integrate user‑generated content into campaigns.
• Collaborate with founders and cross‑functional teams to develop co‑founder content and cross‑brand collaborations.
• Analyze performance metrics, produce weekly and monthly reports, and optimize content strategy.
• Manage community interactions, respond to inbound queries, and engage daily with followers.
• Support TikTok Shop live sessions and affiliate initiatives.
• Coordinate with retail and influencer teams for organic and paid social initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of social media management experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest best practices.
• Proven ability to create scroll‑stopping visual storytelling.
• Comfortable both behind the camera and on‑camera.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
