Social Media Manager

About the role

Aion is building the next generation of enterprise AI and needs a proactive Social Media Manager to shape its online presence. You will work closely with company leadership to translate AI trends, product updates, and industry insights into compelling content that elevates Aion’s brand across LinkedIn, X and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Aion’s social media accounts on LinkedIn, X and relevant channels.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with AI news, research, product launches and funding announcements.
• Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities for Aion and its executives to join key conversations.
• Draft posts, threads, commentary and thought‑leadership pieces for both executive and company accounts.
• Collaborate with design to produce graphics, carousels, videos and other visual assets.
• Support promotion of conferences, events and speaking engagements.
• Track performance metrics, optimise content strategy and build rapid‑response workflows.

Required profile

• A scrappy, builder‑oriented mindset willing to experiment and move quickly.
• Strong understanding of AI, venture capital, startups, technology and enterprise software.
• Ability to grasp company positioning, competitive dynamics and industry narratives.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a knack for making complex technical topics clear and engaging.
• Highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment.
