Social Media Manager

About the role

Bandero Premium Tequila is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to own the brand’s voice and visual identity across all digital channels. You will work closely with an in‑house creative team to produce bold, authentic content that resonates with our audience and drives growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and emerging platforms.
• Own the content calendar, campaign planning, and daily posting schedule.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographer, and video editor to produce engaging photo and video assets.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes moments at events and brand activations.
• Write compelling captions and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and user‑generated content.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns.
• Identify influencer and creator partnership opportunities.
• Track social trends, recommend new content ideas, and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
• Support product launches, retailer promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, and special events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional social media management experience.
• Experience managing social channels for consumer, lifestyle, food & beverage, hospitality, luxury, or sports brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social strategy, content planning, community management, and analytics.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management abilities.
• Comfortable attending events and capturing spontaneous content.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with paid advertising on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Proficiency in creating and editing photo and video content for social media.
• Ability to write engaging copy and manage community interactions.
