Social Media Manager

About the role

Kinn Studio, a modern heirloom fine‑jewelry brand, is seeking a Social Media Manager to shape its presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will own strategy, storytelling and performance for all social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific social strategies that align with brand, retail, product and business goals.
• Maintain a content calendar tied to launches, campaigns, retail moments, partnerships and cultural trends.
• Create recurring content series and storytelling frameworks to drive audience engagement.
• Produce and edit short‑form video, reels, stories, carousels, graphics and light motion assets.
• Write captions, publish content and monitor performance metrics across channels.
• Identify cultural opportunities and ensure Kinn’s voice participates authentically in broader conversations.
• Collaborate with leadership on founder‑led content and point‑of‑view storytelling.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations to grow reach, engagement, traffic and conversion.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who can also execute quickly and efficiently.
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, with the ability to direct on‑set talent.
• Passionate about social media as a primary consumer touchpoint for a luxury brand.
• Strong eye for detail and storytelling that aligns with Kinn’s heritage and modern aesthetic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Video shooting and editing for short‑form content.
