Social Media Manager

About the role

Glossier is seeking a creative, community‑first Social Media Manager to shape and execute a best‑in‑class social strategy. Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you will drive audience growth, engagement, and brand advocacy across all owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily channel operations including content planning, calendar management, caption copywriting, and analytical reporting.
• Execute social strategies for brand launches in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Stay ahead of social trends, create ad‑hoc content for TikTok, Instagram Stories, and Instagram, and produce basic social performance reports.
• Develop and maintain a social dashboard that provides actionable insights.
• Build and nurture the online community by monitoring sentiment, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful interactions.
• Own cross‑channel calendar management and coordinate social workstreams.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and social media.
• Strong visual eye and ability to develop channel‑specific goals.
• Willingness to work from the headquarters at least three days per week.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a knack for analyzing performance data.
