Social Media Manager

About the role

Roku’s This Old House brand is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution and growth of its social presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with producers, editors, and marketing teams to turn production moments into high‑performing social content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media ideas to increase audience, engagement, and video views.
• Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Maintain a comprehensive social calendar for 40+ brand, show, and talent accounts.
• Attend pre‑production calls and production days to capture social‑first moments.
• Collaborate with editorial and production teams to ensure consistent brand voice.

Required profile

• Strong operator who understands what performs on social media.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple accounts, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable both behind a content calendar and on set capturing content.

What we offer

• Base salary between $110,000 and $117,000 plus equity.
