Social Media Manager

About the role

DAZN is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and scaling of its multisport social coverage. In this player‑coach position you will guide internal creators, shape editorial strategy across sport‑specific and brand handles, and produce content during live events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate coverage for sport‑specific priority handles and the @DAZN brand channel.
• Own the programming strategy, ensuring creators are scheduled effectively for key events, fights, and matchdays.
• Amplify major moments across the rights portfolio by programming the @DAZN handle.
• Maintain a flexible team that can shift across sports based on calendar and live moments.
• Make editorial decisions during live events and publish platform‑native content quickly.
• Produce content yourself, including filming, editing, posting, and clipping live feeds.
• Collaborate with sport‑specific social leads, editorial, creative, marketing, and production teams.
• Use performance insights to optimise coverage plans, creator deployment, and content mix.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading social teams in sports or media environments.
• Strong multi‑sport editorial knowledge and understanding of how sport‑specific and brand handles work together.
• Experience managing internal content creators and scheduling coverage across simultaneous priorities.
• Confident editorial judgement with the ability to create and publish content under pressure.
