Social Media Manager

About the role

Unboxed Group, a global creative agency, is seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to shape and own its digital presence. The role blends high‑level strategy with hands‑on content creation, especially around premium events and behind‑the‑scenes storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the visual and editorial content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Attend high‑profile events to capture and produce short‑form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that showcase the brand’s production process.
• Maintain brand guidelines, manage the content calendar, and ensure a consistent posting cadence aligned with campaign timelines.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and present social media strategies and campaign proposals to internal stakeholders.
• Own analytics reporting, track KPIs, synthesize insights and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with production and creative teams to align social content with client deliverables.
• Utilize AI tools and Google Workspace to enhance ideation, copywriting and trend analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling brand social accounts, preferably in luxury or entertainment sectors.
• Strong creative eye paired with analytical rigor to back decisions with data.
• Comfortable capturing and editing video content on location at live events.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and serve as the internal subject‑matter expert on social media best practices.
