Social Media Manager – Global Brand

About the role

Hard Rock International is looking for a Social Media Manager to shape and grow the global social presence of the iconic Hard Rock Cafe brand. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Social Media, you will own strategy, content creation, publishing, and performance measurement across all major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of social activity on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, ensuring content aligns with brand standards.
• Define and evolve the overall Cafe social strategy in partnership with senior leadership and the agency of record.
• Provide on‑site social coverage for events, activations, and photoshoots, or manage teams that produce event content.
• Integrate promotions and new offerings with the Hard Rock Cafe marketing team.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with properties, lines of business, and key departments to deliver integrated social campaigns.
• Utilize organic audiences in paid campaigns and guide field teams on social activities.
• Manage community engagement, creator and influencer campaigns, and monitor brand reputation issues.
• Stay abreast of cultural, digital, and industry trends to drive innovative content.
