Social Media Manager (AI-Forward)

About the role

Cardone Capital is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager who blends creative storytelling with emerging AI technologies. The role focuses on building and maintaining the online presence of a public figure, driving engagement across multiple platforms while continuously experimenting with AI‑powered tools to boost efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for a public figure on X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) for content creation, scheduling, analytics and performance optimization.
• Produce and oversee high‑quality visual assets, including videos, photos and graphics, working independently and with the creative team.
• Write compelling copy for short‑form captions and long‑form posts, ensuring brand‑consistent tone and voice.
• Monitor platforms, engage with audiences, and foster a strong online community through thoughtful interaction.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates and new AI technologies.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate insights and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Manage creative tasks using project‑management software such as Sprout Social.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of social media management experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and analytical mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Jasper.
• Experience using social media management platforms like Sprout Social and HubSpot.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
• Basic design and content creation capabilities.
