Social Media & Creative Manager (In-house)

About the role

The Fifth Avenue Hotel is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Creative Manager to lead its visual storytelling and organic social strategy. Working on‑site in Manhattan, you will translate the hotel’s luxury experience into compelling digital content that engages a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s organic social media strategy across Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Director of Marketing to build comprehensive content calendars aligned with brand campaigns.
• Capture on‑property photography and short‑form video of rooms, public spaces, food & beverage, events, and cultural programming.
• Edit and deliver high‑quality, social‑first visual assets quickly and efficiently.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, fostering an active and loyal digital audience.
• Identify untold stories and unique moments that showcase the hotel’s distinctive aesthetic.
• Oversee external creative partners, freelancers, and collaborators as needed.

Required profile

• Highly creative digital native with a deep understanding of digital culture and luxury brand standards.
• Strong visual sensibility and passion for translating experiential hospitality into engaging content.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including operations, food & beverage, and marketing.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
