Social Media Content Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Manager to help train AI chat‑bots. In this remote contractor role you will create complex tasks for AI models, evaluate their outputs and contribute to improving their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and assign complex social‑media‑related tasks to AI chatbots.
• Assess the quality, correctness and performance of AI‑generated content.
• Identify logical errors and suggest improvements to enhance model accuracy.
• Document evaluation results and provide feedback to the development team.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
• Experience in writing, editing and managing social‑media content.
• Research and fact‑checking skills are a plus.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
