Social Media Content Creator (NYC)

About the role

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a hands‑on Social Media Content Creator to become the visual voice for its New York restaurant and rooftop venues. You will capture the energy of our spaces, the beauty of our dishes, and the experience of our guests through photo and video.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot original photo and video on‑site, covering dishes, cocktails, interiors, rooftops and guest moments.
• Edit and produce short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks) and static images optimized for Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain a rolling content calendar in collaboration with the Hotel Marketing Team.
• Adapt creative approach to each venue’s personality and stay ahead of platform trends.
• Capture seasonal menus, chef features, cocktail programs and special events as they happen.
• Monitor content performance, share insights and refine creative strategy based on data.
• Coordinate shoot timing with venue operations to minimize guest disruption.
• Occasionally support nightlife and entertainment activations across the broader Tao Group portfolio.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on social media content creation experience, preferably in food, dining or lifestyle.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to make food and spaces feel compelling.
• Comfortable shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and with an iPhone.
