Social Media Community Manager – Reddit Focus

About the role

Siege Media is seeking a full‑time Social Media Community Manager with a strong emphasis on Reddit. You will lead the development and execution of community‑driven strategies that boost brand visibility, support AI‑powered discovery, and drive growth for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Reddit community management plans aligned with client objectives.
• Identify relevant subreddits, engagement opportunities, and emerging discussion trends.
• Build authentic brand presences while respecting platform guidelines and community norms.
• Monitor sentiment, track brand mentions, and surface opportunities to increase visibility.
• Create and maintain content calendars, engagement plans, and community playbooks.
• Develop cross‑platform social strategies that influence AI search results (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews).
• Collaborate with SEO, GEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Design, and Account Management teams.
• Report on growth, engagement, and visibility metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date on platform updates, moderation trends, and AI search developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing communities on Reddit and other social platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement data.
• Excellent written communication and ability to craft authentic brand voices.
• Collaborative attitude and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
