Social Media Community Manager

About the role

TruePoint Communications is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to join its award‑winning team. You will be responsible for monitoring, engaging, and growing client social media communities while delivering strategic insights that support brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Track conversations across social platforms, identify trends, and flag spikes in activity.
• Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the online Customer Care team.
• Develop, execute, and present social media strategies, content plans, campaigns, and measurement reports.
• Customize all communications to match each client’s tone, voice, and style.
• Contribute to crisis monitoring, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Leverage analytics and social media tools such as Sprinklr to provide reporting and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states (AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, MI, MO, NC, RI, TN, TX).
• Flexible schedule to work non‑traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong commitment to excellent client service and results‑driven performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sprinklr or similar social media management platforms.
