Social Media and Community Manager

About the role

We are a luxury skincare brand seeking a Social & Community Manager to join our Marketing team. You will be the voice of our social presence, creating engaging content and building authentic relationships with our audience and creator community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 30‑60 day content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal themes, holidays and cultural moments.
• Create, shoot and edit short‑form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Stories.
• Manage creator partnerships, including dermatologists, aestheticians and luxury lifestyle influencers.
• Publish on‑brand content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, writing compelling captions.
• Track and analyze social performance metrics and creator ROI, reporting weekly/monthly.
• Engage with users on comments, tags and mentions, collaborating with customer care when needed.
• Conduct ongoing social media research to stay ahead of trends and algorithm changes.
• Grow and optimise the Affiliate Program (Impact, LTK, ShopMy, YouTube) and negotiate commissions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Experience managing creator relationships and influencer campaigns.
