About the role

Slingshot AI is looking for a Social Content Creator to build its content engine from the ground up. You will turn raw ideas into daily social posts, shape a scalable system, and help define how the AI‑driven mental‑health platform Ash appears to the world.

Key responsibilities

• Turn ideas into daily social posts (text, carousel, short‑form video) with emotional precision.
• Own and manage the content calendar, maintaining a pipeline from idea to draft to publish.
• Partner with designers to create clear, repeatable visual formats and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor engagement metrics (shares, saves, likes) to identify high‑performing content and iterate tone and format.
• Identify and collaborate with external creators whose voice aligns with Ash’s mission.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or scaling a social‑focused content channel, campaign or format that resonated with an audience.
• Strong sense of taste and ability to articulate creative decisions.
• Clear, concise writing style with emotional precision.
• Fast‑moving, pragmatic mindset; comfortable iterating quickly.
