Social Commerce Coordinator

About the role

Makeup by Mario is seeking a Social Commerce Coordinator to drive and expand its social commerce initiatives across platforms such as TikTok Shop, ShopMy, LTK, and emerging channels. The role blends affiliate management, influencer seeding, and cross‑functional collaboration to boost sales and brand visibility in a fast‑growing beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage affiliate outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication across social platforms.
• Track and report affiliate performance metrics, optimizing sales, content volume, and conversion rates.
• Curate product bundles and adjust commission structures based on campaign insights.
• Coordinate influencer and affiliate product seeding for launches and evergreen campaigns.
• Set up and optimize social platform listings, upload campaign assets, and organize content for internal and paid amplification.
• Collaborate with global marketing, social, education, and creative teams to align strategy and execution.
• Maintain the affiliate database and oversee gifting logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or e‑commerce (beauty industry preferred).
• Strong project‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for beauty, digital culture, and a proactive, curious mindset.
