About the role

Snowsports Instructors deliver high‑quality skiing, snowboarding and telemark instruction and coaching to members and guests at HoliMont. Working closely with the Snowsports Manager and other departments, they help create consistent programs and foster a lifelong passion for winter sports.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach skiing, snowboarding and telemark techniques tailored to each guest’s skill level.
  • Promote HoliMont Snowsports and represent the brand as an ambassador.
  • Assist guests with equipment, chairlift loading/unloading and mountain navigation.
  • Collaborate with rental, operations and management teams to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

  • PSIA/AASI or equivalent certification is encouraged.
  • Previous instruction or coaching experience in snowsports is welcomed.
  • Strong background in skiing or snowboarding and a genuine enthusiasm for winter sports.
  • Ability to teach outdoors in inclement weather and maintain physical fitness for on‑mountain duties.
  • Capability to lift and assist guests around the mountain as needed.
