SNAP E&T Case Manager

About the role
The SNAP E&T Case Manager supports adult learners by managing SNAP Employment & Training referrals and assessments. Reporting to the Director of Adult Education, this full‑time position is based at the Conway DWS facility and may require evening or weekend hours.
Key responsibilities
- Process weekly referrals received from the SNAP E&T Central Office.
- Follow the DHS SNAP E&T Handbook and SNAP E&T Manual guidelines.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of referred individuals, including TABE scale scores and Educational Functional Levels.
- Provide reverse referrals when individuals do not meet program criteria.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
Required profile
- Experience working in adult education or social services environments.
- Ability to interpret and apply SNAP E&T policies and assessment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
