Smartcomm Lead Consultant

About the role

The Infosys Digital Experience (DX) unit is seeking a Smartcomm Lead Consultant to drive end‑to‑end implementations of the SmartComm product suite for clients in Indianapolis. In this role you will lead project delivery, act as the bridge between technical teams and customers, and ensure high‑quality outcomes across the customer communication management lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps to meet delivery dates.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients through regular meetings, milestone reviews, and status updates.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting initiatives, including process‑oriented product evaluation, benchmarking, and improvement projects.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases, ensuring compliance with quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks, govern project scope, and identify additional opportunities for value creation.

Required profile

• Overall experience in IT and consulting, with a focus on end‑to‑end implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise with the SmartComm product suite and its integration with enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of SmartComm concepts, development, and deployment models (cloud or hybrid).
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
