Skilled Laborer

About the role

PC Construction is looking for a Skilled Laborer to join its field workforce in Vergennes, Vermont. The role involves performing physical labor on construction sites, supporting the erection of structures and buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites for building activities.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Load and unload materials and tend machines.
• Mix and pour concrete as required.
• Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other site workers under the direction of a leadman or foreman.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel to various project sites within the state as project needs dictate.
• Physical ability to perform demanding labor tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
