Site Superintendent

About the role

Archmill House Inc., a leader in high‑end millwork and commercial fixtures, is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee on‑site activities for its Rapid Re‑Image™ restaurant remodeling projects across the United States. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will ensure each project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the brand’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and other on‑site personnel, providing clear direction to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, address deviations, and uphold the Rapid Re‑Image™ brand standards.
• Enforce strict safety compliance, documenting incidents and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily reports, work logs, and progress documentation.
• Serve as the primary client‑facing liaison, collaborating with franchise owners, trades, building officials, and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising commercial construction sites, preferably in fast‑track restaurant or retail renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on‑site for project durations of one to four weeks.
