Site Reliability Engineering Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to drive the reliability, security, and cost‑efficiency of our mission‑critical, 24/7 services. You will guide globally distributed SRE teams, build automated cloud platforms, and champion FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Ops/SRE teams to design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code and cloud‑based PaaS/SaaS services.
• Remove technical debt, enforce security hardening, and continuously optimize cloud environments.
• Ensure maximum uptime for tier‑1, mission‑critical services and meet SLA commitments.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, IT Operations, Customer Operations, and Project Management.
• Drive FinOps processes, forecast and manage cloud OPEX spend.
• Provide 24/7 technical support and own reliability and resiliency across product groups.
• Automate operational tasks to reduce manual effort and increase productivity.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in SRE or Ops teams.
• Strong background in cloud platforms and automation.
• Experience with security hardening and cost‑optimization (FinOps).
• Ability to work across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Accountability for service uptime and incident management.
