Site Reliability Engineer II – Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer II to help build and support the cloud infrastructure that powers its Insurance applications. You will work under senior engineers, gaining exposure to Azure, automation tools, and data platforms while contributing to reliable, secure, and cost‑effective services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing cloud infrastructure as code, primarily on Azure.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows for application and infrastructure deployment.
• Support data storage systems and help troubleshoot incidents.
• Document solutions, preventive measures, and create technical documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical tasks.
• Apply CI/CD, automation, and monitoring best practices.
• Follow security best practices and help implement controls to protect data and infrastructure.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, or related IT roles (including internships or projects).
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as VNETs, DNS, and routing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
