About the role

The Site Manager II leads a dedicated sanitation crew in a food‑processing environment, ensuring rigorous cleanliness, safety, and product quality. This salaried position oversees daily operations, budget control, and customer billing while driving continuous improvement in sanitation practices.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the sanitation crew on a daily basis.
• Plan, develop, and implement operational strategies to meet performance, safety, timeliness, and budget targets.
• Manage site expenditures, labor, supplies, and chemicals to stay within approved budgets and meet P&L standards.
• Bill customers accurately for services rendered.
• Evaluate sanitation processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and document recommendations with quantified impacts.

Required profile

• Experience in food‑processing sanitation or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational budgets.
• Strong understanding of safety and hygiene standards in food production.
