Site Manager – Field Operations

About the role

Gopuff is looking for a self‑starting Site Manager to lead its Hollywood facility. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a blended team of W‑2 employees and 1099 Driver Partners, and ensure a flawless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and be accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as order picking time, dwell time, drive time, defect rate and cost per order.
• Train and coach associates on safety, standard work and processes.
• Manage financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity, labor and expense targets.
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies, legal regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve safety, culture and financial results.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a fast‑paced environment leading a blended workforce of W‑2 and 1099 staff.
• Background in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, conflict resolution and team development skills.
• Ability to work fluid schedules, including peak hours (5 pm‑3 am) and weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, walk and lift up to 49 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite and general computer usage.
