Site Maintenance Technician – Dual Sites (Blue Sol & Calypso)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Site Maintenance Technician to support two of its properties, Blue Sol and Calypso. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance work orders, diagnosing issues and repairing according to company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing repairs, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, track usage, and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by identifying opportunities for expense reduction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Preferred HVAC certification.
• Proficiency with HappyCo, Entrata, HVAC systems, and appliance repair.
• Availability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, on‑call, and weekends as required.
