Silicon Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Falcomm, which turns advanced semiconductor technologies into high-performance, energy-efficient RF power amplifier products, is looking for a Silicon Supply Chain Manager in Atlanta. The role oversees sourcing, supplier management and procurement for semiconductor development and production programs, managing relationships with silicon foundries, OSAT partners, component suppliers and manufacturing vendors to ensure reliable supply, cost efficiency and production readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate current and potential suppliers to build reliable partnerships, ensure cost efficiency and stable material supply.
• Assess supplier manufacturing capabilities, quality systems, equipment and production capacity to support new product development and long-term production.
• Drive improvements in supplier quality, cost, delivery reliability, lead times and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Work with engineering, operations and quality teams to support product development, resolve component issues and ensure manufacturable designs.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement, including negotiations, purchase orders and supplier performance tracking.

Required profile

• Either a bachelor's degree with five or more years of relevant experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations or engineering, or a graduate degree with at least two years of related professional experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Full-time, onsite work in Atlanta, GA.

Preferred skills

• Procurement or strategic sourcing experience in the semiconductor industry, including custom silicon manufacturing and OSAT environments.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor supply chain, foundries, OSAT providers, global sourcing and market pricing.
• Experience supporting the semiconductor product lifecycle and supplier qualification.
• Proficiency with supplier sourcing and negotiations, ERP/MRP procurement systems, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
