Showroom Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Showroom Assistant to help maintain an elevated, luxury client experience in our Washington, D.C. showroom. The role supports daily operations, visual presentation, inventory organization and hospitality, ensuring the space reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of the showroom daily, including sweeping, dusting, organizing and cleaning surfaces.
• Keep fabric books, custom samples, inventory and displays visually appealing and aligned with showroom standards.
• Support the smooth flow of the showroom to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Greet and welcome clients with exceptional hospitality and professionalism.
• Prepare fitting rooms, garments and related materials for client appointments.
