Shopify Web Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Web Developer to build, customize, and maintain high-quality storefronts. The role is hands-on and responsible for end-to-end development of polished, high-converting e-commerce sites and for supporting new product launches and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customize Shopify storefronts, including themes, templates, and custom Liquid code.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces that work seamlessly across devices.
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs into the Shopify ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve site performance, speed, and reliability.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to launch campaigns and support product releases.

Required profile

• Strong front-end expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design.
• Back-end development experience, preferably with Shopify Liquid and related technologies.
• Solid fundamentals in performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Shopify themes and integrating apps/APIs.
• Experience with Shopify Plus, custom checkout, Shopify Functions or Scripts is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate UX/UI mockups into functional web experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development or equivalent professional experience.
