Shipping/Receiving Clerk – Distribution Team

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join its Bracing and Supports team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves handling the flow of materials, parts, and supplies through the distribution center, ensuring accurate and timely shipments while supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and package items for shipment.
• Verify shipping orders for product, quantity, and address accuracy.
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers or internal teams.
• Maintain shipping records and inventory logs.
• Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or lost packages.
• Follow company safety procedures, shipping regulations, and participate in audits and 5S programs.
• Mentor material handlers as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to perform essential duties under general supervision.
• Capability to handle moderate physical tasks and lift packages safely.
• Commitment to follow safety procedures and company policies.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certified if required).
• Pallet jack operation.
