Shipping Quality Control Clerk

About the role

Dollar Shave Club is seeking a Shipping Quality Control Clerk to support the production lead in its East Coast Fulfillment center. The role focuses on managing the Hospital line, shipping and tote lines, and assisting with inventory control to ensure efficient order flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Hospital line, addressing totes and orders and determining appropriate actions.
• Provide clear instructions to the team to complete tasks safely and effectively.
• Train new team members and ensure adherence to best business practices.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve routine production issues.
• Assist other work teams during periods of high demand.
• Oversee shipping and tote lines throughout the day, including down‑stacking, re‑stacking, clearing jams, and restarting lines.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to learn the Infios and Exacta systems.
• Capability to balance order flow to shipping and operate related equipment.
• Strong multi‑tasking ability and capacity to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and a diverse workforce.
