Shift Supervisor – Retail Coffee (Store #07665)

About the role

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks in Cheektowaga, you will lead a team of partners to deliver high‑quality coffee and a welcoming experience for every guest. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure product consistency, and maintain a safe, clean environment while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to Starbucks policies, including cash handling and inventory control.
• Prepare and coach partners on beverage and food preparation, adhering to standard recipes and customized orders.
• Delegate tasks, schedule shifts, and coordinate the work of two or more team members.
• Monitor store safety, security, and cleanliness standards throughout each shift.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in a customer‑facing role.
• At least six months experience supervising or coordinating a small team.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
