Shift Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team during daily operations. In this role you will ensure a fast, accurate and friendly experience for every customer while maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize each shift’s staffing and task assignments.
• Monitor crew performance and take corrective action to meet company standards.
• Maintain safety, security and profitability throughout the shift.
• Communicate hand‑over information to the incoming Shift Manager.
• Coach and support crew members and fellow managers to deliver consistent service.

• Commitment to uphold health, safety and cleanliness standards.
