About the role

Join McDonald's as a Shift Manager and lead a team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service in a high‑energy restaurant environment. You will ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards while supporting crew development and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute each shift, guaranteeing a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Monitor performance, safety, security and profitability throughout the shift.
• Maintain McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Oversee food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Communicate handover details to the next Shift Manager for seamless operations.
• Schedule, train and coach crew members, providing direction and feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive attitude, flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
