Shift Manager - Five Guys Restaurant

About the role

Five Guys serves burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tier customer service approach. This full-time Shift Manager position covers the restaurant at 1597 North Port, Florida. Shift managers are trained to perform all duties of crew members and shift leaders, with the added responsibility of directing daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
• Perform all duties normally carried out by crew members and shift leaders.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to create a great place to work for your team.
• Customer-focused, honest, energetic, motivational and fun, with high standards for yourself and your team.
