About the role

As a Shift Manager at Taco Bell, you will lead the team during your shift, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting the General Manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute the Manager in Charge (MIC) Success Routine to maintain consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee team members’ completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean, neat appearance.
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy, and manage product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide feedback to the GM on team performance.
  • Assist with profit & loss management, cash control, inventory, labor scheduling, and facility maintenance.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; shift lead experience preferred.
  • Minimum age of 18 and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Physical ability to move up to 45 lb and perform duties such as operating a cash register.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
