About the role

The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant Leader by running efficient work shifts, ensuring Taco Bell standards are met, and creating a positive environment for team members and customers.

Key responsibilities

Solve customer complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into satisfied ones.
Provide positive, constructive feedback to team members.
Follow safety, security, cash management, inventory, and labor policies.
Ensure team members complete assigned tasks and serve safe, quality food with a "Here to Serve" attitude.

Required profile

Open, honest and transparent communication with restaurant leadership.
Willingness to seek help when needed and to guide others.
Ability to take ownership of problems and become part of the solution.
