Shift Leader – Restaurant Management

About the role

The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager by running efficient, self‑sufficient shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Manager‑In‑Charge success routine covering People, Customers and Service.
• Ensure all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a neat, uniformed appearance.
• Prioritize customer needs, resolve complaints quickly, and maintain positive relations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and order accuracy while overseeing product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist with profit and loss management through cash control, inventory, and labor oversight.
• Support facility maintenance, health and safety standards, and perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and tolerate physical activity for most of the shift.
• Capable of basic business math and handling cash control/security procedures.
• Willing to work scheduled hours, arrive on time in uniform, and follow time‑keeping policies.
