Shift Leader – Pretzel Shop

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Shift Leader to oversee daily operations at our Auntie Anne’s pretzel shop located in Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach. In this role you will ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and safety while providing a friendly experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the restaurant’s operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Prepare, bake and serve pretzels and other menu items following company recipes.
• Greet customers, take orders accurately and handle transactions.
• Monitor employee breaks, overtime and scheduling to maintain efficient staffing.
• Assist in training new team members and reinforce company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to lead a team.
