SharePoint Specialist – Information Security

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SharePoint Specialist to support our Information Security organization. You will design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites that store security policies, procedures, audit evidence, and RFP responses, ensuring they are version‑controlled, accessible, and audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain structured SharePoint sites for security governance documentation.
• Organise centralized repositories for audit evidence, compliance artifacts, and RFP content.
• Implement version control, approval workflows, and document lifecycle management.
• Align documentation with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Configure access controls, permissions, and security settings in line with IAM policies.
• Create workflows and automations using SharePoint, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, IT, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure consistency.
• Provide training and guidance on SharePoint usage and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in SharePoint administration or documentation management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
