SharePoint Specialist – Information Security Governance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SharePoint Specialist to support our Information Security organization. You will be responsible for structuring, maintaining, and securing documentation, policies, procedures, RFP responses, and audit evidence across a global enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites for security policies, standards, procedures, and governance artifacts.
• Organize centralized repositories for audit evidence, compliance documentation, and RFP responses.
• Implement version control, lifecycle management, and approval workflows within SharePoint.
• Align documentation with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Configure access controls, permissions, and security settings in line with IAM policies.
• Build workflows and automations using SharePoint, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, IT, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance on SharePoint usage and documentation standards.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in SharePoint administration, documentation or knowledge management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of structured documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server administration.
• Microsoft 365 suite – Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• SharePoint version control, workflow design, and permission management.
