ServiceNow Software Engineering Tech Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on ServiceNow expert to lead a small team of engineers in designing and delivering enterprise‑grade IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions. The role blends technical development with mentorship, ensuring the platform evolves with automation, integrations, and robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for ServiceNow development projects.
• Design scalable solutions for ITSM, HAM Pro, and SAM Pro modules.
• Mentor and coach a team of ServiceNow Software Engineers.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Product Owners, and cross‑functional teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Drive platform innovation through workflow automation, integrations, and asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure development governance, code quality, and adherence to security and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, especially ITSM and ITAM.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of HAM Pro and SAM Pro capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architecture, product, and security stakeholders.
