ServiceNow Platform Lead

About the role

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Lead for its Cloud unit in San Antonio, Texas. The role will drive ServiceNow implementations and lead project delivery for enterprise clients, working within a dynamic, AI‑enabled cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and ensure efficient delivery.
• Coordinate sprint planning, lead meetings with technical teams and stakeholders, and maintain relationships with client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables, introduce new methodologies and tools to improve execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, embedding quality planning into workflows.
• Develop project estimates, monitor budgets, and optimise resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and facilitate professional development.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with ability to deliver client‑aligned projects.
• Experience managing complex ERP/ITSM projects, including scope definition and progress monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
