About the role
Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team is seeking a Delivery Senior Consultant to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support mission‑critical and operational needs. You will work within the GPS ServiceNow team to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features.
- Collaborate with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to align platform capabilities with engagement priorities.
- Troubleshoot defects, support testing activities, and maintain technical documentation and platform standards.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work.
- Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
- Workflow and automation design within ServiceNow.
