Service Technician (Vue21)

About the role
We are looking for a Service Technician (Vue21) to join Greystar’s property management team in Colorado Springs. The role ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders.
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose defects in building systems.
- Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors.
- Schedule and oversee contractors, obtain necessary supplies and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability.
- Ability to work on‑site in Colorado Springs.
