Service Technician – The Lodge

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of its property at The Lodge, Colorado. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.
• Participate in safety and risk‑management meetings and adhere to Greystar’s safety policies.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues in residential properties.
• Experience with make‑ready procedures and coordinating vendors.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, pressure‑washing, and painting.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies.
