About the role

Greystar is looking for a Service Technician to join the team at The Colony property in Casa Grande, Arizona. The role focuses on maintaining the physical aspects of the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects or problems and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors or contractors, and obtaining necessary approvals.
