Service Technician – Temporary

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for its Solara Vista property in Phoenix, Arizona. This temporary position focuses on maintaining the physical condition, safety, and functionality of the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
  • Carry out the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, and overall functionality.

Required profile

  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance documentation.
  • Experience performing technical and mechanical repairs in a property‑management environment.
  • Commitment to follow safety procedures, company policies, and applicable building codes.
